I have more than 30 years of experience in the recording industry as a professional vocalist, producer, and coach. My commercial work, multiple recording projects and live performance experience has been extremely helpful in teaching my students, and my classical foundation has allowed me to explore many styles and genres while maintaining a healthy technique.
As you grow and your voice expands, you will learn to create subtle or dynamic song interpretations. You will have many more options available to you in expressing the lyrics of a song. Don’t limit the possibilities; expand them! Listen to your favorite singers. They are most likely the ones that bring a song to life. This doesn’t just happen. A lot of hard work goes into this process. That is the stage where I work with many professionals as a coach, either at a lesson or in the studio during the recording sessions.
My students include beginners who are just starting out, to professional singers who are performing and have recorded multiple CDs. Many come from Somerset County, Middlesex, Somerville, Dunellen, New Brunswick, Edison, Flemington, Bridgewater, Whitehouse, Watchung, Warren, Baskingridge, Edison, Highbridge, Princeton, and Hillsborough, as well as Manhattan, Brooklyn, and even the Poconos. I have also added SKYPE lessons for those who are touring or have moved too far continue to study with me.
